    Ok over the weekend i managed to get at the clocks. I tried to pull the needle off to reposition it, but it wouldn't come off. I then tried turning it round by about 5mph but this doesn't seem to have worked either. Am i missing something? Does the needle unscrew from the back or something like...

    Hi all Does the flange in this picture look correct to someone with an experienced eye? Its for a ph1 172 It looks to me like there's very little metal around the top half, but could just be the lighting. Thoughts/opinions much appreciated! Thanks

    I forgot to mention that at low speeds (probably sub 5mph) the needle doesn't move at all-would that line up with what you have suggested? Thanks for the idea anyway!
