Schroth B2a eyelet on the lower seat belt mount on the outer
Inner, drill through the exhaust runnel and spreader plate underneath
Cant help with the crotch strap as just using 4 point
I just got the range the other week before all our bad weather up North and not had a chance to try them out yet.
Think Im going to use both hybrid and normal shampoo, use hybrid every second wash or something. Always get good service from Alan and Eoin
I had a mirco rts seat at first and then found out that their known for a wide fit and wouldnt fit with door bars. Even with extra holes drilled in the jon foz frames
Then changed to motordrive seat which was narrower and a better fit, although still tight and still not 100% centre but miles...
Decided on a sealey set in the end rather than forking out for Bluepoint / Snap on

As for torches, led auto lamps do one with a dock but its smaller than most normal inspection lamps
Because its me thats buying them and thats what I prefer😂😂
Rather have the rigidity and know the spanner will be where I want it to be when reaching into awkward places and able to put force on it without it having a mind of its own
Whats everyone using for ratchet spanners?
Currently got halfords straight ones, not the best for access so want to go for the slightly angled ones.
Been looking at mac tools and others but starting to sway towards bluepoint ones

As said, just advertise as is. New owner can run the risk or get the belts done themselves with whoever they want to do them. As long as its reflected in the price
Similar method to eddie, if I dont need to work on the rear I often just leave the rear on ramps
If only using one jack sometimes have to do the front bit by bit to save the axle stands moving. If they have a good hold on the chassis leg and fit in the stand good then shouldnt see much movement
Priced the garage style workshop 7mm tiles, coming in at £930 for the area I need. Bit more than I was planning unfortunately
Mototile was £540
Costco around £730
Looking for your thoughts and experiences with garage flooring.
Were moving house soon and getting some flooring down in the garage is top of the list of priorities before it ends up full of stuff.
Plan is to have the ph1 at home in the garage for working on so must be able to withstand a jack...
Threads like this make me regret just selling my standard 172 cup and it isn't even away yet!
Felt it was wasted just not getting used due to other priorities and cash can be used elsewhere
Dont think anyone seems to do a mount for that one. Maybe the other 3 take most of the load and that one just absorbs some of the movement? If going solid mounts there will be minimal movement anyway
They wont weigh you when they pull you but they dont go by actual weight. They go by the plated weight. Even if your trailer is plated for 2100kg and you only have a 1000kg clio on it, your down as 2100kg
Ariel base isnt too bad a job, my poor reception forced me into it. Was horrendous. Just got to be careful and not prise the headlining down too far and be prepared to work restricted
100% right, I overlooked that slightly haha
Doesn't seem to be a happy medium towing with a van. They can either tow next to nothing or a decent weight.
Its well worth just doing the trailer test, least you know what to expect if youve never towed or reversed with a trailer before and keeps your...
If your trying to get round it without doing trailer test then be careful if going for a larger van.
Trafic with a towing capacity of 2000kg will only leave you 1500kg for trailer, car and anything else you would like to carry. Will likely involve getting trailer downplated in order to stay...
Main brands out there are brian james and ifor williams. Also got indespension and woodford but dont see so much of these.
For a decent sized trailer in good condition expect to pay £1500-£2500 depending on age
I have an ifor williams ct136hd, 13 x 6 foot and can carry 2100kg, 2700kg gross
I...
