Re: Mk1 Hybrid Project
Day 139
Put two tyres on the turbines so I could drop the hybrid back on its wheels (so I can tow it when I find somewhere, and to keep my mum happy, lol)...Looks so high with no engine in :(
Engine went onto the stand yesterday, so much easier to work on...
aye the arches as we call it, had a few meets there.....
behind speedkarting/ninemeister? underground car park? riverside industrial? westbrook industrial...there are loads
....spinning would = revs rising quicker and no speed though, wouldnt it?
the revs slow down and speed up multiple times through the rev range, its not gona spin then stop spinning then spin then stop is it...?
still doing the wierd flat spots through the rev rage it looks like to me?, like it was when i was last in it? i.e. not smooth through the revs....wasnt the wheels spinning up when it was doing it when i was there, whats causing it?
From what ive read/researched its far from a 'simple' drop and go conversion, so many things need thinking about :( Ive got reems of pages of notes ive been making, so much to do
Were you planning on running 172 loom inside? or 172 engine bay and leaving the valver inside loom as it is...
Re: Mk1 Hybrid Project
I havent got the box, nearly new valver box is going on ;)
Going to get a new clutch, going to check it over properly now its up on a stand, should be easy...
Interior is easy aye, thing is, I didnt label anything as I took it out lol, and the rear part of the loom is...
Re: Mk1 Hybrid Project
