Magnetic ones would be expensive for a one off thing. Definitely go for vinyl. Just wax your car before applying and use heat when removing and it won't damage the paint.

Shouldnt really be getting holograms with a DA unless you're only doing really quick passes and not breaking polish down at all. I'd try doubling your passes, so 6 passes. That should enough for a finishing polish.

I think you need to work it longer and with less pressure on the machine.

And it takes more than 3 pea sized spots of polish to prime a pad. Put more on and work it in to the pad by hand first.

Too coarse of a polish/pad or contaminated/clogged pad.

They can require a fair bit more than 8 ton to press them out sometimes. 20 ton press will do it.

Yeah, they are quite fussy with how they locate.

Had that on my brothers megane ones, just took a bit of playing with trying the adjuster in different positions.

800 with autoglym headlight kit works brilliantly. You wouldn't use it on paint mind, but then on headlights you need to remove more than just microns.

Yes mate, good for both setups. Although going from 16's to 15's you'll want to lower the ride height a bit further, so the alignment will need checking after that. You want some rake too, so the rear being 10-15mm higher than the front.

Hub needs to come off iirc.
