fronts go wayy lower than 80.... i did another 10 turns down the other day and theres probably 20-25 left..... backs maxxed at 80, and the spacer rings taken out so its like 5mm lower than the max, so like '80ish' lol

im a cheap ass, got them for a bargin off ebay though.....then had some subframes made, and bolted the sparco side mounts to those.....all been good so far

awwww youve already thought of my idea :p lol..... strut brace next, thinking of getting it permenantly fixed in, i.e welded.... then cage already got 172 back bumper with my prospeed cut in.....not gonna bother with the rest, i like it how it is at the front end....

you need D2S bulbs for your xenons, 4200k is standard i think.... powerbulbs.co.uk sell them.....expensive though, £70 a bulb i think! ebay too, make sure they are philips or osram though no cheapo makes....usually around £50 a bulb on there
