ah right cool, i knew you'd mentioned 2.5 somewhere it must have been about the driveshafts!
it used to nock a bit on full lock, like jump on the driveshafts but since the spacers went on its been a-okey!
i had to use spacers with my old dynamique 15's on the coilovers, the tyres were resting on the shocks on the fronts.... 7mm's sorted it, then when i went back to 16's they looked alot better as they filled the arches right out
20mm is mahussive, thats 40mm wider axle! im running 7mm spacers on the fronts with the superleggeras now to bring them out right to the edge of the arches, and its a real noticable difference
longer locking wheel nuts will be needed too i guess?
jamie do you mean to let the 172 wheels clear or to bring them out in the arches? you dont have 172 arches do you?
ive gotta go to halfords (or if anyone else knows anywhere cheaper) to buy some disks and pads first thing in the morning, then find a garage to fit them for cheap... because alot of garages round here arent able to get the parts, or other reasons..... so just need to check a few things if...
well, we went to about 15 garages lol... no one wanted to do it... when we found one that would, he couldnt only do it later on and i had to go to work so we had to take the car back.... immi may have gone back to get it done i think

nahh i remembered now ;) noice! :)
it wasnt high enough, and tbh me and him didnt feel safe under it with just the jack... we got the ramps and got under fine, just everythings rusted up!
we got a 2ton beast of a jack, but still, it just didnt feel right going right under the car to mess with it... even resorted to using my...
lol no we spent hours and hours trying to get the things to jack it up, ended up with 'munchkins' ramps and we couldnt get the clamps off! nightmare...
so the straight through center section waits another day :(
this happened to me... i got run off the road by a car on the wrong side of the road... had to bump up the kerb and put a massive slit in the sidewall because the part of the wheel the tyre hit was kerbed...
...spoke to around 5 garages/tyre places.... all said replace it as its the only thing...
