tbh, im never taking my car to a garage like that again... i should have just stayed with the pads you did just after the 18k service, but they did these about 1k later and its chewed the disks upto f**k... any ideas for a low dust pad?

not the pads you did edde, they were fine once they bedded in after the initial squeeking :) , i had greenstuff pads put in at kwikfit (FFS!) about a month later to try and reduce dust...

i see, alot round here wanted 100+ labour which works out more than renault!! absolute jokers.... they wanted like 3-4 hrs labour to swap the disks and pads and to bleed it all :mad:

yeh 54 plate / jan 05 registered its on 25k the pads got replaced at 19k and i think they wernt put in properly and have chewed up the disks to f**k, proper bad lip and i dont feel safe driving it lol!

my disks are absolutely shafted, need some new pads too. been putting it off and its been dragging on, and i dont feel safe driving it anymore, need some disks and pads fitted asap! i phoned 6/7 motor factors on friday enquiring about disks, they all said they would call back and never did...

yeah ive sanded down mine today, applied about 7 coats of primer and going to sand that back tommorow

i have the 9855r, its a good unit with the 4v outputs, but it dosent support bluetooth or DAB i dont think
