How is the ultra deep shine ?

I was thinking of painting the numbers of my 2.0 litre door badges black and leaving the backs of them silver to go with the car. What do you guys think ? Would it look god or bad ? As i can't think of any other colours to paint them on a Iceberg Silver 172 :S

Thats what i went for a decat with full stainless stealth look system and i can vouch for Schweppy in saying it "Sounds awesome and is much more free revving". "Has taken away the 5k kick too and it just revs continuously now". Mine has had a few pops and bangs when giving it s**t on back...

Whats up with putting Hid's in standard halogen clusters ? Does the reflector reflect the light the wrong way or something and cause blindness when heading to them ? Or are they just not adjustable ?

I read somewhere that they do help and the do reduce body flex :) Thats probably why your strut brace is squeaking cos the body may be wanting to flex, and its counteracting it :)

H1 certainly is the kit to go for, unless you want Hid's/Xenons as your main beam :S And i've never heard of a legal limit, maybe there is so you don't go too blue. I have standard 172FF Hid/Xenon lights and have 8000k bulbs in mine but think there too blue...
