Wiggle the wires going to the crank sensor. If it's faulty it will most likely cut out. Mine did exactly the same.

Could run a few commands also like SFC /scannow or the dism commands. Is windows up to date? What's it like in safe mode?

I was going to suggest drivers and bios but you have already done that. Is there anything in event viewer? If not it could be worth doing a fresh install of Windows.

Order a case that doesn't have a solid front panel, then get couple intake fans for front. Change back the rear to exhaust and rotate the cooler and you should be good now. @Sir Nancy Flowers EDIT as it's stands it's still not ideal as your rear intake is pretty much going to go straight out...

That garage they bought it from is one of the worst going. Just outside Luton and so many of their cars have been written off, cloned or dodgy in someway. Soon as you question it they are super aggressive, bunch of t***s!
