What and where would i get an uprated plenum for my 172ff ? Angelworks ? And what about the lower inlet manifold bit ? I've heard the ones on the 182, with "Rs" on them are better. Is this true ? And would that come with new Plenum or separate ?

I was wandering how easy the cup splitters are to fit. As i was gonna get a Ktec Carbon one but wandered how i'd fit it without f**king it up.

Sorry to sound silly. But is it safe enough to attach a multimeter to the battery terminals and take a voltage reading when engine is running and alternator is charging battery ?

What a rip off for one 6mm bolt :( Wouldn't you be better looking around local hardware shops for m6 bolts long enough for the back of the cover and hacksaw them down in length for the front of the cover ? They may not be torx heads on them from a local hardware shop. But would it matter ?

Outta curiousity whats everyone getting to a tank of fuel ? As i put in a tenner of V Power yesterday @ £106.9 per litre and only got about 70-80 miles and the petrol light came on :( Does this sound about right ? Think i'll go fillit right up tomorrow and see what i get to a tank ;)

Sorry if this sounds silly. But is the plenum the lower inlet manifold bit with injectors going into it ? Or something beide throttle body ? I read a thread a few days ago, someone was asking if the 182/182 cup plenum would fit a 172. I cant remember i the replys was it would or it...

Agree with you there mate i have a powerflow stainless stealth system with decat from Turriff Tyres and cant fault it in anyway. Some people say bad things about Powerflow but i aint had much problems in past. Including rusting etc etc ;)

Anyone know of a spray type bumper care i can use on my lower grill ? I use Ag Bumper care for all the other black plastic bits but couldn't be arsed using it on the lower grill, i'd be there all day going in each hole with the cloth on end of my finger :(

Have you looked into John Lewis's mate ? They match any price you find on high street and you get a 5 year guarantee/warranty as well :) Although they aint as cheap as internet prices they may be worth that bit extra for the extra 4 years piece of mind on top of the manufacturers standard...
