Love the car. I love the ride height as well :) And was gonna ask what suspension you have on it ?

How come ? Was there not much compression on yer front springs ? How easy was it to remove the rears ? Did you have to remove rear shocker ?

Just a thought, try soaking the top nuts on the front suspension struts with wd40 for a while to try and make it easier to free off with a allen key and swan neck spanner :) Either that, maybe a bit of brute force without rounding it it off :)

It may growl mate but i bet it has stupid amount of heat soak. Reducing power :(

HOW EASY IS IT TO CAHNGE DISCS ON THE 172FF A quick post to ask, how easy is it to replace discs and pads on the front of a 2002 172 FF ? As i'm due for a pad and disc change, as one of the front discs are pitted :( I have managed to find a guide to changing the pads...

have the front ones got abs rings ? and do brembo high carbon ones have them pressed in ?

Anyone any ideas where i can get i decent set of front Discs and Pads for my 2002 172FF ? As its in for its mot today and Evans Balshaw have failed it on a piteed nearside brake disc and wiper blades and have said i need new pads to go with the discs :( They wanted £40.26 for pads £86.52...

Mines is an 02 plate as well but came with clear indicators and your has orange which is weird :S I had 38k on mine when i got it last Novemebr and now has 46k :dapprove: :dapprove: And due 1st Mot in my ownership soon, then a timing belt which won't be cheap :( How you liking it ...
