I know this has maybe been brought up before :) But what oil do yous guys reccomend for a 2002 172 FF ? As i was gonna change oil, oil filter and sump washer/plug when i fit my oil gauges ;) And where would best place be to get the oil i need ? As i've heard Renault are quite useless...

AUTO LIGHTS AND CC Don't know if its just me but i thought that the Climate controls AUTO function A/C only comes on and off by itself when needed.. I.e when interior temp sensor (in wee grill/slot thing by interior light) senses its well hot in car it'll put A/C onto reduce temp... Or...

Is it safe to use 100% cotton bath and hand towels to remove polish after applying it. As to say put SRP or EGP etc on with a yellow megiuars foam pad on wipe off with the towel. As one of my mates does this with his car :eek: and says its done his paint no harm (He takes labels of towels so...

Looks good mate ;) Can i ask where you got the paint you used ? Is it special paint for plastics ? And did you prep them (as in primer/sand them down) before spraying them red What did you stick steering wheel badge back on with ?

Is it ok and legal to remove the headlight washer jets on a 172ff with xenons ? As i've heard mixed views on it, like they need them for mot, the lights will be illegal etc etc. Can anyone clarify this.. Cheers

I think if you remove the washer jets that come on a car with xenons this makes the xenons illegal :( Some thing to do with they've to have washers with xenons to pass mot or some crap like that... I've put up a post asking just to confirm mate,. Heres link...
