Try some oil if it doesnt work then you need a new pulley.

Sounds like you need a new door sensor if thats the word. When you open your door where the B pillar is there will be a little rubber thing that pushes in so push that in and see if the light goes of or you might need a new one of those

Looks fine to me just get a clear coat on it and it will be fine.
