We use asset tags, however, ours are printed barcodes, with the number already on the ticket. We literally just stick them on and update the asset log.

10-20 with a polariser is tricky, heres my £9 job with d40 kit lens

I've had some disappointing results with my polariser, lately. Think they work best with clear blue skys and pointing away from the sun.

I mostly use AP, occaisonally SP, and when i want a bit more control, I'll use manual. Just practice first and see what your comfortable with. The last thing you want to be doing is messing around in manual not really knowing what you're doing when you could be taking pics.

yep work for Lear in Coventry. I work in IT support, and we look after all the shop floor systems + office users. We're essentially a data centre for the rest of the UK plants so house lots of corporate servers and 2 AS400s.
