I wonder if the quality & finish of Ferrari paintwork is as bad as when you pick up a new car from VW / Ford / Honda etc. You sometimes see extensive swirl marks, which is surprising given they're supposed to be brand new cars. I guess Dick Lovett don't let the work experience kid loose on...
And the aux belt interval is 3 years too, so if that hasn't been done since 2009 it was well overdue, could have failed and lunched your cambelt.
Good luck with your investigations OP
Plenty of cars competing on the hill climb, static car displays (3 Veyrons are confirmed plus a Senna F1 car), and also 'entertainment' whatever that means!
I didn't know you were moving it on, what's next in the pipeline?
Don't worry about the route stuff, I think we're all sorted. It'll be a...
Here's the link to the thread over on the Clio Trophy forum. Hopefully there will be a good turnout of Trophys???

Apologies for the blanket mentions, and sorry if you're hundreds of miles away or might not...
I'm researching a Welsh road trip for later this year and I'm after suggestions for somewhere to stay in Llangollen and/or Aberystwyth.
Don't really have many requests but if you know of a cheap, clean B&B, let me know!
Cheers
I'm debating going down the PMS lightweight route, or trying to source the cup setup for my 182 Trophy.
In either case, which is easiest to reverse and what's the associated effort required to revert back?
Sorry Rob, I should have introduced myself properly. Next time round name tags are a must, I did the same thing myself later in the day!
Indeed, and a PM will be sent to the usual suspects imminently!
Didn't bother mate.
a) it hasn't been driven properly since the sun last shone (August??)
b) nothing has changed since it ran just shy of 190 last year
c) when I started it this morning the battery was dead so I took the 3 (and didn't run that either)
Thanks again to Jon for pulling it all...
Bit harsh for the guy's first ever post on CS Spoonie ?
elvis100 - your best bet if you want to get in touch with BTM is to call them up rather than PM or post in a random thread. You might also find some more useful info in the Traders section and BTM's sub-forum.
Welcome to CS and to Trophy...
Fitted Powerflex trailing arm bushes to my touring today and wow, it's not at all harsh but it's so much tighter, responsive & has removed all the vagueness. Great mod!
Will check for engine noises at the weekend.
Matt,
As has already been said, you need to get your belts done asap and given this forum has a huge number of experienced members I'd take their advice and get it booked in with a reputable, trusted & highly-regarded local RenaultSport specialist like Mick at Diamond Motors. Can you afford to...
I'll probably come down to this, Jon, although I'm not planning on putting the Trophy on the rollers. I'm not sure it's even been driven yet this year so it definitely needs a little run out. See you there.
