You know what your problem is...? You stink!

Buy a Trophy, if you don't like it sell it when the sun has come out to play again and you might even make money. Then you can buy a FF, say you've owned a Trophy, and you're no worse off. Jon's is the winner for me.

Are there set intervals (mileage/years) at which these two should be changed? Would you only do these at the same time as doing the belts or do people ever do them in isolation? Car is on 49k, cam & aux belts were done in May 2011. Should I be concerned that the dephaser & water pump haven't...

Even quicker than that, just buy a roll of car carpet from eBay and cut it to size - job done for under £20 and less weight.
