Well the clips will be of a different style to the ones you have already, also thinking about it, it probably will have a different connector where it fits to the car wall and floor.

I think I'm right in saying it will fit yes, but will be different to the others, ie the clip, best bet is to get in the for sale room here, i've seen a few people breaking cars so will get one pretty cheap

As mentioned above, follow the wires back, and check for obvious places that could be causing a short, like water in the connectors atc

You'll need to get a Phono lead, with bare wires at one end and phono's at the other, then wire this into the back speaker cables (As they're the most accessable) Then you'd get phono's from your head unit in a sense.
