But from the same accident scenario they write off and give me £3k for an Audi, or have £11k's worth of damage to pay for with the Focus. Plus the Focus is much more likely to be stolen! Just doesn't add up. Unless A4 estates are being crashed left right and centre I suppose.

So I'm running a few quotes for insurance and it still doesn't add up! At 25 with no NCB the Focus RS is only £140 more expensive than if I have 7NCB. And a 1.8T A4 estate worth £3k is more to insure than a £20k focus RS. All other details are the same.
