interior is a 36mm festoon bulb you can get them off ebay for a decent price, the same in the boot too.
number plate light is not a festoon or a 501 i think it has one pin on the bottom:S
defiantely worth lowering it transforms the look of the car.
ive got a question for someone. if you lower 35 or 40mm will it still be as bumpy as mine which is lowered 60mm
yep a damp cloth always works better but try and use less srp. if you still have lots of dust then wash the car after you have polihsed it to remove all of the dust
buy a better aerial would be the best bet. try get one from a car and not an aftermarket one. you could email the seller and tell him that the reception is really bad and you might be lucky if he gives you a refund. ive got a mk2 ph1 and i cut my aerial down and sealed the top end and it looks...
nope it aint lol
i do not understand that you said you are going to refurb your wheels but you cant afford it. paint primer lacquer and some fine sandpaper is not expensive and if you went to the effort of doing the centrecaps you might aswell do the wheels while you have the paint etc.
o and...
the miracle dryer is a drying towel i think and the best place for autoglym is probally halfords they usually have a full range of products instore on the shelf which makes it easy to get!
i did do a photoshop on one a while back with trophy wheels rs grill and a few other bits like rs sideskirts its on here some where with the other million threads
cars coming along nicely from the first pictures i saw of it.
id go for dynamique rear spoiler, silvervisions, lower it then some 172 wheels. it will be mint!
im probally from your generation and i dont speek like that, you do make me laugh and i dont think anybody on here will like your centrecaps unless they are blind tbqfh
on your colour you could get away with it being fully colour coded because it is dark, whereas on silver i think it looks to much and needs black to break it up. maybe you could do the spoiler and the door handles and leave the side strips and bits on the bumpers?
in the yellow handle there should be two double ended metal rods with 3 different size torx bits and one flat head screwdriver end. then there should be a grey handle which they push into. if you havent got them then you have to buy some from somewhere, i wouldnt try any other types of tool...
on a mk2 ph1 there is the single optic headlights which use h4 for dipped and main beam, then there is the dual optic headlights which i think is h7 and maybe a h1??? i dont know
Re: My Ph1 172 track sl*g Progress Thread
back seats, carpet, trim around the sides of the boot, rear door cards, then id reccommend dewipering and removing all of the tar/ sound deadening stuff. depends how far you are going to go really stuff like aircon, radio/speakers and powersteering maybe?
