i think it depends on what product you use about it stripping layers of wax and sealant. i just used ag bodywork conditioner and it foamed up quite good and that wont strip sealants.

yeh egp and wax will be the correct steps but it sounds like your car would be good already with the steps you explained. try getting a polish with more bite or even a light compound then i would follow it up with the lighter polish, then egp and wax example could be farecla compound g6 maybe...

are you doing it right twist the handle anti clockwise until it stops then try and jack it up. if that doesn't work it needs oil.

best to spray it on a wet car. heres how i use it: wet car spray on snowfoam and leave for 2-3mins rinse spray on again and go over the car with a sponge or a mit then rinse off

if its not left on for ages then it should just pick off really. mine just pics off then wipe with a cloth and it comes off with no effort at all. if you do it often then you wont need to use harsher action when it builds up!

probally does make a difference but nothing you can notice, i think its just in your head that you think it drive better or faster because you are paying more attention to it.
