A Clio 200 is surprisingly cheaper than a 197 on insurance too!

just had front and rear disks and pads and rear wheel bearings included for £98 on trade.

any advice?

Hi there, Disks and pads need changing all round on a 172. Cheapest I've found is £89 delivered for front and rear disks and pads. At that price obviously there's no rear whelk bearings with them. Theres no noise from the bearings on the car, so should it be okay not to change them? Gez

i'd be happy with that result. a knock from the exhaust could be a worn hanger rubber, only a couple of £ think you've had a good result

Everyone is saying avoid? Lol. No one even knows what colour smoke it is. And if the car is a minter as you say, if it's the right price an engine rebuild is nothing. Again, if the price is right. I'd rather have an engine rebuild and know what exactly has been done to the engine.

i own a DCi 65. its quick enough tbh. its a car that is more than capable of keeping with the flow of traffic, safe over taking and all that. i dont mind it. they are turbo's just dont have an intercooler. quite nice to drive 65hp and 160 nm of torque so the turbo is a really good help.

Its been proven it is the best renaultsport clio mk2. im not saying its the best in my opionion, as a standard Renaultsport clio, it comes out on top. simple as that. thats what they're saying. and the suspension is close to 1k if your lucky to find some, and the seats are around that price...
