Re: Cliosport Saturday - The Launch of a New Era - 30th July 2011
So, without reading all 19 pages, has anyone organised camping or something? I don't fancy getting a hotel (tbh, I live 30 mins away so there would be no point) but if there's camping somewhere, and a piss up, I'd be up for...
Play have always been rubbish for me too, when it comes to pre-orders. I actually regard Amazon quite highly, they've always been good at getting games to me on release day, or the day before. My only experience of Gameplay resulted in me waiting 3 months for a game I'd pre-ordered, and that...
No, I didn't - one of my mates went and I've seen hundreds of photos of the cars there. Some of the Show & Shine cars looked fantastic, but even from the photos, the Lupo seemed to be years ahead, so I wish I had seen it in person! I'm also dead keen on seeing some of your work in person, I...
I just can't decide on the Pops & Bangs map. The Yozza + Decat is fcuking loud enough as it is, but then it does sound fun. Though not all the time.
This is the problem, I hear it and love it, then talk myself out of it :(
Great write-up, as always. If I actually went out and polished my car every time I felt inspired to after reading one of your threads, I'd be polishing bare panels :(
Car looked awesome, first Lupo I've liked, and I hope you got your share of the credit for its (deserved) award!
I would never open a bottle while driving. I'm too busy texting and swigging from cans of Tennent's whilst doing 60mph past a school to be doing that sh*t
I have to say I really dislike that spoiler. I just doesn't suit.
I don't like the wheel colour either, I'm not a fan of the whole blue car/black wheels thing, but I know it's quite popular so take my opinion on that with a pinch of salt.
DUB badge is w**k, too!
Driving around with your fog lights on, especially when it isn't foggy (which you would be, if you were to wire them to work alongside your headlights) is the sign that the driver is an utter bellend. Aside from the fact it looks c*ntish, you're dazzling other road users.
There's a gear change indicator, which you're mistaking for a shift light. And it is present on 182's, it's on the right of the instrument panel, and is a little green gear-stick icon.
If you buy one of those sheets that look like stickerbombs, but are just the one sheet, can you really call that "stickerbombing?" Is it not "wrapping?"
Thanks for the replies people. I was sure it was going to be dodgy in some way, but thought I'd check just in case. I also got in touch with the Old Man, and he had written it down whilst getting a quote, he had no intention of doing it anyway!
This might not be the most appropriate place for this thread, but I'm counting on the knowledge of some of the people in here.
The old man is buying a new car soon, and has been getting prices for Seat Leon FR's. Now, I happened to notice on a sheet of paper where he'd written the prices for...
