Just inspected the two front rings, don't know how to get to the rears.
One of the teeth has a very small bit that has come off it, just a tiny bit of the corner kind of, could this be it?
You are welcome to come and give it a go!
The whole wheel was like that, I tightened them but I don't remember doing them that tight.
I don't have the extendable type, just a long bar with socket on the end and the other end has the wrench. I've tried standing on it and putting all my weight on...
I think I will when the shed gets fixed, might come along to the karting one if that happens just to show you how it's done :approve:
I want a sticker! Someone send me one :D
I need my wheel off to check something, but all the bolts except one will come off! It's too tight basically.
I can't take it to a garage as insurance and MOT have run out and I have no specialist gear, just a torque wrench.
Any ideas?
I have the same problem on my 1.2, though that gets driven hard :o When driving 'normally' though it still only reaches around 32, could be lambda sensor that needs replacing but don't take my word for it as I don't have a clue!
Depends how you drive it. If you don't go above, say, 3.5k revs then it should be pretty high (unless you have a fucked lambda sensor or something like that).
I was thinking it could have been you actually from what you said in tha other thread, couldn't remember your name on here though :rasp:
Where abouts are you from then matey?
