Window tints request

Thinking about getting my windows done on my 182 black gold. i only want light tints but wondered what they look like. can anyone post a pic of ne black sports with window tints please to make my mind up on whether i want them :approve: still proper undecided, but i like the look of black cars with nice tints.

Bit too dark to be legal those... a light smoke all round would look good, that's what I want anyway.

i wud actually love to have them that dark cos i think it looks mint but police are proper clamping down now so going for a light smoke, ne one got ne pics tho to settle my mind with them. I know it is illegal to touch the front but i think just doing back three looks strange lol

i got pulled for mine, they checked them and they are legal. tbh i think they are too dark at the back. was going to remove them but i dont want all s**t on the glass.

How much/what type are those tints luke (front & rear?)

from memory they were £230. cant remember what ply they were tho, if thats the correct word. but as i said, i had them checked and they are lagal. i just asked for fairly light tints at the front, slightly darker on the back 2 windows and slightly darker still on the rear window.

Wow ur car looks mint mate, when did you get your windows done? as the new law states it is illegal to tint the fronts now. so thats why im worried about getting mine done but wud look silly with just back three done:rasp:

oh, i didn't realise about the new laws. mine were checked about 6 months ago. i had the tints done at ice direct. quite expensive at £230 but they have done a cracking job. i think you will get away with having tints like mine tbh.

shame u cant remember what percentage tints u got! cos i think urs looks perfect yeh heard about that place but bit far for me to get to just to get my windows done. lol

I wouldn't bother with tints - spend it on something else if the cops are clamping down on the tinting
