That bumper could be nice but could equally look utter gash.....like in that photo, but the flat red paint and mid-90's wheels probably don't help.
You'd need some serious under-the-bonnet work to justify it anyway

As rob said, have a go at fixing it then, there's no loss if you fail.
They are pretty much 100% cosmetic though, unless yours is a super-special with flat-bottom under trays that is.

Haven't had any problems with my 5, other than the 30-pin/Lightning adaptor not working with any of my stuff (but that's not the fault of the phone per se).
Stuck it in a case and slapped a screen guard on within 5 minutes of the box opening so the casing is fine, from what I've read the...
it cost the thick end of £800 to put me and the ex on a 172 (in Northolt).

Just get a decent sub in the boot, kill any low-end to the stock speakers and you'll find they're actually fine. This is all I did in my 172.
Alpine HU with the High-pass switched on.
Active sub in boot.
Fin.
