The front diamond just pulls off. Rear isn't so simple...
I'd recommend taking off the panel inside the boot (just 1 screw than pull hard) and push the Clio badge out from the inside if possible!
Maybe give them a light sand so the primer keys with the metal. You can buy little sticky pads from places like Halfrauds, they are similar to what are on the badges as standard so you could just replace those.
Get Tesco ones mate, only 8 quid each and work a treat! I had a few problems with joshhattons wipers, one was fine but one kept leaving a huge mark along the screen, as did the replacement I got sent. Not saying they're all like that though!
Better with a 2.0 engine mate, not worth it for just 1.4 I'd say. Better and cheaper just to buy a 1.4.
With a 2.0, it would be pretty much the same on insurance because:
1) It's still registered as a 1.2 with engine mod
2) I'm pretty sure that when you do an engine conversion, there's a set...
Don't know any prices mate but it'll be worth every penny! I think the NE lot are going down a day early or something and staying a hotel for a few nights, not sure on details so it might be an idea to ask them what the plans are.
