you could follow a guide on here but use a spare strip from a scrappies or something, should only be a couple of quid and you can use that to practice if you leave all the coats to dry etc. and have the patience to do it then it's well worth it

best looking on here or ebay and finding a decent example really that was a rough idea based on what i paid for all my bits done at once i think it was £350 for 2 bumpers, 2 wings and sidestrips and it was a bloody good job at a place recommended by loads of people

it's a job you can do yourself so i dont see why anyone would want to pay £100+ for it when spraying full bumpers etc that costs about £80 a time and doing just strips is a much easier job

+1 no point in having xenons and not showing them off :D

getting all bump strips (side and ones on bumpers) makes your colour car look fantastic, i'd definitely recommend that it's even possible to do it yourself, just do a search for a guide on here :)

does anyone know of a website where you can enter a tyre size and it tells you the correct pressure for it? i can only find ones where you enter your reg and it tells you cheers

yeah. you'll need 45 profile tyres and spacers perhaps on the front though for the 17s

he means braking mine does that stuff too but only sometimes

bit less than that i'd reckon - cat d has a bad reputation but there's really nothing bad about it plus the lack of service history
