Dont worry I understand. The pipe the dipstick goes in to has broken off . If there is anything left to grab on to then get some mole grips on to it and unscrew it. Must be able to get a replacement pipe ordered from Renault I would have thought.
Mine does exactly the same. Start the car and the rear wiper stays on for 30 seconds. I havent fixed it yet but have pulled the fuse for it as it was annoying me.
So far I have tried:
replaced gearbox reverse sensor - this was as I noticed both my reverse lights were out and thought the wiper...

This will (most likely) be the ball joints that are worn. Im guessing it will probably be more pronounced turning one way - either left or right. It can be dicey when doing high speed sweeping bends. Have a search as I dont know how to check or replace them.
sorry for barging in on a tangent Dan .... Try contacting the guys on the SM inlet thread as they will have taken that plate off to fit the new CNC breather plate so might have one spare.
Camping on the Friday, the club stand will be up and running around 8-8:30 on saturday morning. Im pretty sure you can pay on saturday as I think the merchandise stand will be there. Its going to be great, see you there !
I have had about 4 sets of GSDS3's on my 172 and 182's. They used to be the go to tyre before Michelin PS3's. Pilot Exalto's were 20% more expensive than the goodyear F1's so most people went for the F1's as they had just as good grip but better wet weather ability. They dont quite last as long...
I have an almost new Scorpion RS192 exhaust WITH the new fixed mid section. The new mid section has a flexi joint and an extra hanger so wont fail again. I took the RS192 exhaust off at the weekend and is in pretty much perfect condition. I live 20 minutes from you too in Oxford. Message me if...
The fit is amazing, like it was designed with a clio in mind. A sub does add to the music, even a small one like this a great. Sure it wont shake the car to bits but is much better than without one.
Have you got a link to the one you bought by any chance from amazon warehouse. Got a friend who...
406 brembos were shite. I got rid after 2 weeks. Problems were that you need 295 disks , the screech something chronic, the pedal travel is silly long. Avoid at all costs.
They use the same lines as standard brakes but need to be much longer.
If the mounting clips have broken there is not much you can do.......easily.... You can heat the lights up to split the glue and swap the parts like you suggested.
Easier method is to drill a hole near the broken mounting point and use a cable tie or similar to secure the light.
