well, exactly.
THat's the problem with 2nd hand cars from garages, you dont know what the last owner was like.... well, unless it's got a CS sticker on the back or evidence of knobbery is hanging out of the rear valance / under the bonnet / uner the arches
you might be able to get them polished out?
ollieweb was telling me it could be done, but I dont trust my pearl black paintwork to hack it after 7 years of direct sunlight and general wear. I've heard the black paint is particularly thin and weak.
The computer takes wild guesses at range. MPG's may be more accurate but range will be along the lines of
Current amount of gallons in tank * miles per gallon = range
or
vague * Vague = vague squared.
Once you get past the 1/2 tank mark on the dial, you'll find rane estimates start to...
must........resist........
That's weak thought fella, no matter what I or anyone thinks about the car, no-one deserves that happening to their wheels.
Best get CSI in there, dusting for prints on the steering wheel and computer-generating up some evidence.
coilovers aren't the solution to every car.
some of us like our spines and not having to come to a pace a snail would be embarrased by whenever a speed bump comes into view.
Removing stripes will just leave you with stripes.
Just they'll be a slightly different shade of blue.
I know your pain though, my BG 172 has y0! stripez but I daren't have them taken off as they may have been put on to cover up a massive keying and, regardless, I'll still be left with...
Re: Essex Karting meet - Sunday 30th October @ 1pm
Attention all karting types!
Word form the venue regarding electronics.
1) iPods are a no-no. Becuase some vague health and safety issues "loose wires, concentration and stuff"
2) Onboard cameras are no problem though.
Fill your boots people.
On-line events are your friend.
especially if you go for something like... I dunno... "Japanese 80's 1600cc challenge" wheer you can get a car for about 20 quid but get 300,000 per win and a chunk of XP
All networks are as bad as each other.
True fact.
EE (T-Mob & Orange) may be marginally better due to their teamed-up coverage, but if you're going into true wilderness, you need Vodafone.
Even then, that'll be to call people to tell them you've bust your leg on a mountain, not upload a lolz...
Re: Essex Karting meet - Sunday 30th October @ 1pm
I was thinking that.
Vicky, out of those left, how many have contacted you with any kind of reassurance that they'll be there?
Re: Essex Karting meet - Sunday 30th October @ 1pm
Looking forward to finally attending a Cliosport 'meet'.
Everyone can finally laugh at da stripez up close and personal.
