rebuilt 1.6 16v engine lightned and ballanced, cams, headwork, manifold, decat. paired with 1.2 16v gearbox
cheers mate, will give it a go, i fancy rear disks anyway depending on what engine im going for next still cant decide between 1.6 and 2.0 (2.0 is going to need new brakes and coilovers which is more expense but probably worth it
my rear drums/shoes are gone lol its that much hastle to get shoes for it because you get 3 different kinds or some shite, renault want £80 for just shoes and local motorfactors cant tell what ones i have ?!?!?

ive got the gearbox mount bushes and recommend them as one of the best mods ive done after suspension. no movement in my gearstick anymore and you cant feel the engine moving when you give it full throttle now, it just instantly goes. used to be a tiny delay as the engine swung back.

very dangerous, it could pop off in an impact and your harnesses would do nothing for you, or as said if the brace gets pulled back it pulls the harnesses with it and crushes you!

thats just clutch abuse lol i can make mine do that but i dont since wheelspin when launching it from junctions etc has cost me a gearbox before, be careful!

sounds like when my brake caliper was sticking, do you get more brake dust on one side compaired to the other front wheel?
