I noticed towards the end of the install on my MBP that the fan is run up to full power for a quick burst, probably just part of initialising something. If you never normally push the system enough for the fan to run at high speed then I guess this could blast out a load of crud thats built up...

Yeah eBay promote and feature more often listings that have had lots of sales in search results. As a seller if you have a good listing thats sold a lot, you won't want to remove it if you're temporarily out of stock as you'll lose all that benefit and will almost certainly have worse sales...
