I am pretty annoyed with them tbh, the fault I went in for yesterday (which I've been in twice before for the same issue) I was given a replacement handset for a goodwill gesture and told that if it happens again don't bring in it because the fault is minimal and they basically won't do anything. When buying a £500 phone I don't expect any movement or clicking noises on the display. Just restored the phone and still no LED light, the button is there on the Control Centre and I can click it to turn it on and off just nothing happens. I have no flash either when taking photos. Back to Apple it is.

A goodwill gesture - eh no you dicks, my phone isn't performing as it should so i'll except a repair or replacement (granted it's in warranty or you have AppleCare).

Although i was given a replacement 5 that was 2 months off being 2 years old and they gave me a new one due to the batter being defective as i'd been in twice in the space of a month, they were very apologetic.

Nothing works smoothly. It's ruined my phone to be fair.

im still having the issue where you cant see all the photos when uploading to facebook, and facebook still sometimes throws me out and sends me back to a 2 day old newsfeed! and this is after updating this morning to 8.0.2

Juts out of interest people that are having issues, have you done a fresh install or ran the upgrade? I always find it better to do a fresh restore and setup as a new phone on a whole new OS. I have had very few issues at all, the odd Facebook app crash but nothing massive.

After an "incident" with my Note3 and Samsung bricking my device I never update straight away and let the early adopters find the problems instead... Took them over a month to finally give me a new device which is why I've gone back to Apple.

I'm still running 8.00 on my 6 and haven't had any issues stated in here to date. Rose tinted specs still firmly in place even if "Mail" is shocking poor for attachment handling.

The speaker is certainly a lot louder on the 6, not used it as an alarm yet but on video playback and loudspeaker on the phone it's a big difference.

It gives you access to recently added, which is where camera roll was (it still calls it camera roll in the facebook app), which means the last 30 days only, to give you access to collections they are going to have to update the facebook app and request access I think, so not sure that's an apple issue to solve.

I then locked it and swipe wouldn't work properly so I couldn't get back into it (I had to power off & on again, now it's fine) Apple really are on a roll at the moment.

I had the same thing on my iPhone this morning, no internet was working even though I was connected to the router and my iPad air was working fine.

i turned wifi off and back on again and it was working fine.

Anyone think taking photos now has a delay compared to before, not sure if it's ios 8 or iPhone 6 but before when taking photos it would be pretty instant, this seems to pause slightly a no I keep missing moments.

When I'm watching a video full screen and I get a notification sometimes it doesn't go away and I can't slide it back up. The only way to get rid of it is tap it to open it or press the home button. Anyone else getting this? I'm on the latest version

It really isn't that bad, I've hardly had Amy issues at all since 8.0.2, no app crashes, even facebook is ok, I just have a single app issue, the owa app, but that's up to microsoft to update it.

I've put my 5s back to 7.1.2 for the time being 8.0 was terrible for me and the Apps I use, haven't tried 8.0.2 though. The whole iOS 8.0 thing is very similar to my iOS7 experience, I hated all the bugs I seemed to find, was great once it all got settled, iOS updates and apps updated etc.

My battery life seems worse after iOS8 for some reason.

Over the space of 8 hours (going to bed) it went from 100% down to 80%. Barely touched my phone this morning and already down to 67%.
