With nothing shown on the dash R will hold the speed you're doing. Same as pushing + or -. Check brake light and clutch switches, also check brake light bulbs.

Needs plugging into a decent diagnostic machine with live data and the fuel pressure needs checking. This is how my fuel pump began to fail.

Did you get the Xenons posted? Whenever they are posted, those white adjusters break, they are so delicate.

If standard reflector headlights are aimed correctly with HID's they are no more blinding than normal Xenons. Nobody aims them correctly though.
