BTW, i got some brilliant footage of you and Roamer on the motorway!!!!! It shows me chasing you at cough10!!!!!!!!
NO REASON, I WAS JUST TOLD TO STOP BEING CHEEKY (for asking why they pulled me over!!!)
I told them if they got me a 17mm socket and rachet, i could probably strip the back out in about a 1/2hour (this didnt go down too well)
I explained that the sub was bolted to the floor for safety...
Ive had the coppers wanting me to STRIP the entire insides of the car out by the roadside (includig removal of rear seats+ they wanted the sub+false floor out!!!)
I overtook an unmarked 306 a bit quick once, that was quite funny, fully legal though!!!! I had a brilliant arguement with him...
Ben, seeing as you have the most experience with engines and race cars etc, i was just wondering what your views are on the accuracy of Rolling Roads???
Im just gonna run for cover now ok?????
The thing about BB is when i was a Brands the BB guy said "186bhp" from their mk1 172 with their induction system and their exhaust (no chip)

noel, that goes to show how much Renault know!!!!! Dickheads!!! they fit straight on!!!!
Ben, Birmingham Bodycraft can do just about anything!!!! (they even offered to mask up the raised 16v part on my side strips and spray the back ground body colour!!! Now thats impressive)
They colour coded my whole car, ive seen other cars that have been colour coded and it looks pants compared to the work done to mine!!!
Full respray derv??? £1000 i would guess
IM HERE!!!!!!!!
ME & BAMBAM UKS MOST POWERFUL 1.2S!!!! LOL!!!!
ONLY DIFFERENCES BETWEEN CARS - BAM HAS A RELOCATION PIPE AND FULL CAT BACK EXHAUST (I DONT HAVE THE RELOCATION PIPE AND IVE ONLY GOT A BBOX!!!!)
OH YEAH BAM HAS DONE 3300MILES IVE DONE 29000MILES!!!!!!
MY CAR RAN ON 17S...
Id say Roamers car is about 10-20mm higher than mine
std clio 20mm higher than a 172 and ive dropped it 60mm
Roamers car with with eibachs (20mm lower than mine to start with) then a 30mm drop = 50mm

That tells you how to remove the dash on a mk2 (im guessing the mk1 is similar)
If you run your fingers over the plastic, youll find its a "rough" texture (look really close, youll see tiny little dimples)
You can colour code the std side strips (id advise you get a power sander on them before you take it too the bodyshop)
If the bodyshop is good, then you wont...
Theyre not bump stops, the go IN BETWEEN the coils on the springs.
Get some new lowering springs (only about £50) then youll know the drop for def
Konis seem to be very highly rated by the 16V boys on here
You can get these rubber things that fit in the coils on the springs to stop them from compressing fully, but as theyre rubber, they still have the ability to squash
