Your not going to notice gains imo on a standard ish car with a new map. You will notice less money though. But to get its running true then yeah a rolling road check would be good by someone trusted.

Ha ha. Girlfriend asked me something before but I ignored her as I didn't know she was asking me.

That won't happen mate. Pro are pretty much standard height. I've tried the sportlines and they drop a bit, others seem to have them sat lower. Cooksports are ideal height. Some say they are too harsh, I found them spot on. Not tried h&r but have been told by someone they are great.

I don't but in my experience get Eibach, cooksports or h&r seem to get good reviews. I know they are more but it's quite an important part of the drive.

Yeah I've read that too mate, seemed a bit drastic. I haven't and it's unlikely I will tbh. Something has come up which is going to cost a fair few quid so need all the pennies I can. Nothing car related thankfully
