It's always confused me somewhat - the business usage statement on insurance policies. Clearly, there are some clear-cut cases of on-going and prolonged business use, like the OP's - but a lot of the time, it appears a grey area to me. Unless I'm missing something?
We have a works' depot just...
My m8 did this with his Ph.1 172 after water ingress. The trapped water totally stunk too :dead: - kept in place by a mish mash of dead leaves and stuff. Again, once cleared it cured his problem of water coming into the cabin.
Funnily enough, I had this on my car years ago for a few weeks. I...
The CV boots on these Clios are an utter fail of design. How they expect a simple clip to hold it in place and retain the grease in the boot itself, is beyond me.
I've had several clips and boots replaced over the years. Just crap. It only takes a few small splatters of CV grease to land on the...
If you're covered through the bank - I'd go with that option. At least you'll have a decent 'backup plan' should anything happen in getting the car to the garage.
Bad to hear that about the dephaser. I had mine done just over a week ago, along with it's 2nd cambelt. Mine wasn't making any noise...
^^^ - the exact same reason as me. Windows 8 is here for the long term I reckon. And I doubt very much that Windows 9 will revert back to the traditional interface that we're all used to. Better get used to it, I guess. ;)
I do think it's a shame overall though as I felt that MS had really got...
Ignore them - honestly. Surely only 1% of these types have any belief that their epic motor (and their own innate ability) would out-perform an RS Clio anyway.
Let them feel smug. But you know, they know and every other driver and pedestrian in the immediate area know - your car would run...
Yep - that's the one that didn't appear unless I downloaded the KB article. It's only a 12MB patch, but after restarting, you see the 8.1 download in the Store then. :)...
Looking like I need a specific KB download - seems a common problem?
Seems quite messy this from Microsoft, imo. This should be super slick - not leaving people to scrabble around looking up hints on the internet.

Is the 8.1 update solely available from the Store? I can't see it anywhere?
Pics on the net suggest it's off to the left, past the Facebook stuff. Any ideas?
Cheers,

Chaps,
I'm after a basic, basic SAM package (don't mind paying for it) - that I can fire off onto different subnets at work and it can collate the number of clients, the machines' name and also if it has Office installed, etc.
All the ones I've looked at are utterly donkey so far. Telling me...
Seriously??
That's a piss-poor situation if it is. Xenons generate hardly any heat, so you need headlight washers to aid removal of snow, etc. But you attach xenons to a 1.2 and that makes you exempt as they aren't a factory fit option?
Makes a mockery of the original ruling, imo!

Only tried this once (so it might already exist, I don't know) - but I think the online bit would be much better if you could have a 'crew' that was actually a squad of Police guys.
Gangs on gangs is all fair enough - but it would add loads of fun if you had to clamp down on the gangs in the...

Short of an exec-barge, I don't understand why people get so hung-up on the interior. Yep, my dash probably costs £8.37 - but do I really, really care? Nope.

Does look great that - loving the debadged look - no one has a clue as to what it has!
Anyone who doesn't 'get' the force-fed Jap taxis, only needs to have a go of one. You'll be soulless if it doesn't in anyway tug at the inner-kid in you.
