Here's a pic of mine that I borrowed for a few days. Not arctic blue, but you get the idea...

That's just a bloody stupid thing to do. Idiots.
The guy who removed my door ding did a brilliant job in Preston, but I guess Cumbria would be a bit too far for him to travel? You should be able to get a 'job lot' price from a specialist, I reckon.

Heheh! Luckily it doesn't bother me - but my m8 suffers from really bad motion sickness in pretty much any FPS-type game.
The strange thing about the training part above is that if I skip it and go straight into the game, I can perform the LB + LT landing slide perfectly. Just doesn't seem to...
Shame it has a swear filter built into it. Had one game where they were base-raping for fun. Expletives just don't have the same meaning when they are *&^$*£(*&%(&%£ characters. ;)

Getting there - bit by bit!

Check out the Team Stats - Attacker window a bit lower down. I'm sure that can't be right.... :)

Got one of those 360 controllers plugged in (the PC is currently on it's third day of therapy and medication to cope) - but I'm stuck on the following bit. A pissing easy one at that!
So I need to press LB to start the jump or else I just fall off/never make it to the other side. But the LT...
Definitely a big benefit to FPS's, I reckon. Even in racing games, you can 'sense' which direction a car is behind you a lot better with headphones than normal speakers.
That said, I do prefer listening to games through the standard 5.1 setup - even if through the headphones the clarity is much...
That would be a GREAT addition. Getting a score based on time completed + placement of the car, handbraking into a coned-off area or parallel to lines painted on the floor, etc. :approve:

Erm. DiRT2 looks and plays better than that now. In fact DiRT3 isn't too far off.
I don't have either console, so I'm hardly biased. But increasingly each release of a GT5 clip leaves me thinking "Is that it?"

Heheh! It was pants! I think what made it suffer was the fact that Battlefield 1942 was just so bloody good and BF2 had the promise of a whole new graphics engine. This fell between both games with a revised BF1942 engine. Flying the planes was good, but on foot it sucked, imo...

I keep forgetting to hold down the fire button after firing, to see when the sniper's bullet lands. I'll have to stick a Post-It note on my screen to remind me! ;)

Hehehe! It's great going up against some good tank opposition in games like this. There was an opposing tank player the other day, can't remember if he was called Mercy31 or Mercy13 - but he was good. We had quite a few tit-for-tats during that game and I lost out on points to him at the end...
Not necessarily. Far from wanting to blow smoke up my own arse, I've stuck to vehicles in games like this for as long as I can remember. I'm not an uber-god at the tanks by any means, but I can hold my own against most of the stuff. I even spent 69 hours alone in tanks on BF2142. ;)

Don't get me wrong guys - I don't think the tanks are 'unbalanced' as such. If they were, I certainly wouldn't be using them like I do and in this and every other Battlefield game previous. :)
All I'm saying is that on maps like Atacama, you're relying on good opposing gunship pilots, long...
What's the score with the pistols, guys? I've been capped a fair few times with recon guys and their pistols. I take it that they get some decent unlocks for them later on?
Still loving the vehicle-side of it so far - the main battle tanks in particular. It's such a force multiplier when used...
