Clearly the potential £££-signs have taken over. D.

    Bioshock

Not quite enough venom in that rant to them. The occasional 'tool' or 'muppet' wouldn't have gone amiss. I still think my DVD a la shat would be a much more suitable option. 6.5/10. D.

How do i uninstall ie 8???

Hopefully you don't fall into this category...... http://www.computerweekly.com/Articles/2008/08/29/232075/internet-explorer-8-causes-problems-for-xp-users.htm D.

    Bioshock

Good call. Then turn out a nice steaming one - plopped straight onto the DVD and send them a picture of it. Better still, post it to them. D.

    Mac slow internet - resolved

That's well weird. Good shout on the post though if other people are suffering from it. D.

    Mini Owner on Drugs-

Easy to see where he got the inspiration for the interior though..... D.

    Mac slow internet - resolved

I don't get that? Unless there's a software-related issue on the Mac, surely the DNS 'performance' as such, would be (or should be) identical to the PCs using the same router? A wired Mac and PC, or wireless equivalents should be the same - or similar enough so much as you wouldn't notice. D.

Race '07 + Logitech G25 = whole shedload of WIN

Had a go of the Audi R8 last night and it was pretty easy to get to grips with. The Mosler before it was much more twitchy, but more fun to drive, imo. Plenty of correction in steering going on - especially gunning it when the rears were on the rumble strips. Corvette in-car noise =...

10,000K travelled, 1 Island, 1 toyota corolla 1989, 1.8 diesel SE - gap year edition

Re: 10,000K travelled, 1 Island, 1 toyota corolla 1989, 1.8 diesel SE - gap year edit He should have shipped it back via a container. Wait months for the car to turn up, but it would be fairly cheap, if you knew the right people. Muchos respect to him for doing this. My first trip out to...

    172 on 182 ecu

Is that the 'click-whirr' noise I hear when the key is turned one notch? Sounds like it comes from behind me in the car. D.

200 in Benfield on Felling Bypass

I'll hazard a guess around £13.5k - £13.9k through somewhere like CarSelect. My 182 came in at a drop of £4.3k from what was in the Reno showroom, compared to the one I ordered. The showroom one did have fitted sat-nav, however. D.

I must be going blind. I can't see the bit Nick is on about? D.

    Donington BTCC

What a really generous gesture, Nick. Especially as how proud you were of that shot. Very rare that people give away their skills and abilities for free these days. :approve: D.

    Custom Pcz Computer Repairs

It's an EXTREMELY difficult market to get into. The problem you will have is that most people interested in a PC fall into two camps. One half knows to the last tenth of a watt that their i7 PC consumes under load and would want to build and customise everything themselves. The other camp...

    Bioshock

Screenies = essential, Royston. Ramp those graphics settings to the max. It is a DX10-compliant game anyways. D.

You could just password protect the document from editing as well? D.

    1100miles, 1 awesome track!!

Looks like a superb trip. Must have been worth all that travelling too! Some great motors in there, but the older Porkers look like utter filth. What I wouldn't give for the keys to them and an empty track. :) D.

Knows. I crashed the Alfa twice yesterday by staring in amazement that the bugs splats were disappearing when I switched the wipers on. No screenwash though. :( D.

Race '07 + Logitech G25 = whole shedload of WIN

Really? Have you got a link to the download, m8? :) Sure will. What are you doing on GTR2 car and track wise? As I don't have to compensate for my appendage in terms of screen size, I have plenty of space for my G25. Get rid of the IMAX theatre and swap it for something where you can use...

    tyre pressures

Yikes! I bet that was 'entertaining' - lol! Tried that once when I had the PGGT and it felt like I was driving on ball-bearings. Proper over-inflation. D.

    Crysis Revisited

It can be overlooked though. The suit is what makes Crysis, imo. 'Maximum armour'. Quality. :) D.

Race '07 + Logitech G25 = whole shedload of WIN

Has there been any updates on the Oulton Park circuit, yet? The one I've tried is just a bit bonkers through Denton's down to Cascades. It's way too bumpy and throws the car all over the place. Would like to get the 2009 cars though! Were they from nogripracing.com? Cheers, D.

    Crysis Revisited

I'd personally just say 'good shooters' rather than incredible. Both Crysis games appear to suffer from a bizarre distance & damage issue. Many a time before now, I've used almost a full clip hitting a mere Korean minion - and see him flinch with every hit. Does he die? Of course he doesn't. Yet...

Awesome, superb, brilliant, err just damn good! Was going to go online, but with downloading shizzle in the background, I thought I'd have a bash on Practice at Brands in a WTCC '87 Alfa and also a Formula 3000 car in someone's backyard oval in Brazil. Pissed the oval for a win in both Races...

    Fallout 3

I think this is getting very flakey since the DLCs have been applied. On my fourth attempt, Sentinel Lyons is with me now (the previous three attempts, I've been on my own when I've loaded the level). Now she says that "...first off, we need to lock down this place"...... but there's no-one else...
