Lol! Probably when Windows 7 comes out. As far as I can tell from the beta testers, the same ATi blank screen appears as it does on Vista. I've got a clean install of Vista 64 Ultimate sat on its own RAID0 that I can't use - unless I plug in a shitty VGA cable.
Fcuk that. XP FTW at the moment!

Have a play about with them, m8. I've varied my pressues (at different times of the year as well) - anywhere from around 27 to 33 PSI on different axles. Imo, it does change the 'feel' of the car in a subtle way.
Personally, I run on 33 up front and 31 on the rears.
D.
Just checked them now - I think it was right to fail the MOT! ;)
Outside edge isn't too bad.....
But the inner pad is more worn down. Got a nice etched groove from something as well. Probably a trapped stone or something. :(
Oh well. I ordered a replacement set yesterday anyway.

Doubt it m8. I've asked before!
Just raised a new thread on Battlestations Pacific. I put it under PC Gaming as that's what I played it on. But its also available for the 360. If I had one of those, should I have put into Console Gaming?

Downloaded the demo this afternoon and it's pretty good. I don't think it has the long-term appeal of the likes of Battlefield 1942 as there is the lack of infantry in the game.
Having said that, it looks very good indeed, is easy to pickup and I dare say quite difficult online against real...
Hmmm. A tad stuck at the moment. I've completed the Pitt, gone back to the Citadel and done the Liberty Prime bit.
Gone back to the rotunda where Col. Autumn is and killed both him and his two geezahs. Now I'm stuck in that room! I can't get out - it saying that the doors have shut and there is...

Only £17.99! I paid that for the Tales of Valor expansion pack alone, the other month - and its included in this.
The best RTS game on the PC (imo, of course) currently out there. The Tales of Valor...
Finished The Pitt last night and just headed out over to the Citadel again.
I'm still refusing to pick that Explorer perk that reveals all the locations on the map. There are quite a few blank areas on my World Map that I'm sure will contain something. I'm still impressed that the Terrible...
You've just earned yourself 99+ points of WIN, right there!
Join me and the Royston. I've started looking farther afield for my PC game posts now. Bit gutted I haven't seen one in the 'Suspension and Brakes' section yet, though....
Does CS require a moderator just purely for this...
Impressive!
I haven't had any issues myself with the standard clutch, apart from the annoying creaking/groan of the clutch pedal when the car gets warm. I would love to get that sorted out.

Right. Come rain, hail or snow - one of those rears is coming off tomorrow and I'll get a decent pic put up. I want to get the peeps view on the thickness (oo-er).
D.
Extremely rarely, m8. Probably a handful of times per year, I'd say.
^^^ v.interesting - that sounds very similar to my situation. I think I'll be keeping a close eye on them too!
Cheers,
D.
Heading towards the motorway, past Ensor this morning.
Woman driver - on the phone at the time (:nono: ;)) and it looked to have aftermarket exhaust(s) fitted?
Looked good, tbh.

Could be m8. My car's a track virgin, but I do like to open it up on decent A-roads, etc. I don't abuse the car, but I do drive it enthusiastically - for want of a better word!
I've had the car from new and the OEM pads were destroyed on the front at around 30k, iirc. The rears were worn, but...
Cheers for the comments guys. I would have expected the fronts to take the brunt of slowing the car down anyway.
Could it have been that the rears have been binding slightly over time and eventually just worn down? I would have thought I'd notice some impact in performance/mpgs with that...
Tough luck, Royston. :(
I tried an 'acquired' version at first and it was a fecker to get running. Not long after that, I bought the retail version and at the end of the installation - it immediately checks & verifies for updates over the internet. Cancel that, and it disappears completely. No...
^^^ - I can vouch for those guys. We had a Mac drive fail with shitloads of photos on it at work.
Cost around £75 for the initial analysis, and a further £900+ for the recovery itself. They managed to get back pretty much every file (literally single figures in ones that were too corrupted)...
Just wondering really. I had mine in for its MOT today and it failed on two points. One was for the rear reg-plate light not working, but the other was that the rear pads were down to less than 1.5mm.
I really am doubting that, tbh. They are Redstuff pads all round, fitted at the same time as...
Not known of any with our 2820's m8, and they seem leagues ahead of the other routers I've used.
You should be glad of the 21MB, even. I'm on 1.5MB (ADSL) and 1.8MB (ADSL2) at home!

Maybe (like Audi) - they are trying to blur the lines of distinction between the top-end models and the next ones down?
I mean, look at the Audi S range. From a lot of angles, they are very subtle and don't crave attention. Yet they happily just add S-Line options on pretty much everything -...
www.microdirect.com has always been good for me. It does help that I can pop into Manchester and pick up items, rather than waiting on delivery though.

Lovely motor m8 - I like them in that colour too. The suspension is just a great cherry on top!
Ol' Chrissy boy is SLACKING yet again. Post 12 and he's still nowhere in sight. Letting the i-VTEC side down...... again. ;)
D.
Gah!
Extra weight and the incovenience of zero boot space? Get that spare ditched - that's what mobile phones are for.
"Help, I've fooked my tyre" ;)
Only ever had one tyre issue in 17 years - which luckily only blew about 2 miles from home. Crawled back and got a replacement the...
