That sounds like it's reduced the flex between the lower arms, much like it did on my MK2 Golf when I fitted a front "lower strut" brace as it was called. That bolted directly where the arms are attached though.
Made a massive difference to turn in.
I've seen that's been added.
There's a massive pile of loot in a bunker somewhere with those and durable gas masks, plus the equip all perks thing too.
Be prepared for the new consoles to have similar size updates, more detailed graphics will mean they'll need it.
Although hopefully it will help push companies into sorting out the size of downloads.

Not going to be upgrading...
It's done no harm to PC gaming.
You can get codes to download console games from different sites and bargains can be had.
The only thing it does mean is no resale value.
