Lee - I wouldnt worry m8 - mine does the same. In fact, sometimes it splutters and stalls. I always let it idle for a good 20-30 seconds before setting off though. D.

Do you get a battery warning light on the dash appearing, then disappearing if you blip the accelerator, only to reappear at idle? If so - its defo the alternator - it cant put any juice back into the battery. I had two replaced on my previous car. Check the battery with an independant garage...
