I have a spare starter if it is mate! £40! Also note it may be worth checking the black electrical relays under the fuse cover on the right hand side in the engine bay, I thought my starter was fooked but changed the relays and i was away like a heard of wild turtles.

+1 I ran my first phase 1 on 10-40 and it made absolutley no odds.

Yes mate! On and off for the best part of a day i recall! Like you i phoned o2 and asked what the craic was - they said everything was okay their end!

Mine was doing this for 24 hours last week! Seemed to resolve its self! Major pain in the arse right enough!
