My poor poor gearbox

Happened on motorway on way home from work, just popped out of gear the wouldnt go back in, slowed downand put in 4th and I can get it in 5th if I rev the car up when changing gear but it just pops out when I come off the gas, the engine is also very tired too if I'm honest so think its time for a new Clio, wonder if I can put my phase 1 front end on a 182 Clio ?

Oh please. My friend put his 172 gearbox all over the A1 at 90... along with the clutch, top end, bottom end and half the radiator. I can't recommend that.

Good effort though Time for an upgrade

Part of the gear selector broken of and bounced around the gearbox causing damage? I had that it was well cheap to have fixed :quiet:

Mine also have screwed engine too, think if I don't find cheep enough engine I will just buy new Clio Phase 1
