Yeah you don't see many decent black ones now. Stripping, cams etc is all fun but can be bit much on a daily. Luckily my journey is 5 mins so I don't get headaches too much.

Looks nice. Regarding the high idle/rev sticking problem, has the idle screw in the throttle body been adjusted at all? I say this because when cams were fitted to mine this had to be 'turned up' to stop it stalling on tickover etc.

Was undoing all the cam carrier? bolts on my soon to be fitted head and this happened.... Brilliant! Was only using a small bar instead of a ratchet handle (same sorta size) and bam clean off. Any ideas how i can get this out? Drill? need the head off asap as its being fitted in january. Thanks...
