What you have will be fine for your 1st one.... No point spending a fortune cos some people don't actually enjoy track days so it would be a shame to spend a fortune and then not do another track day I did Snetterton on OE Setup and for 1st 10 minutes they were great but lap by lap after then...

Its not pretty at present but agree with Warren... Sell the Wheels and get F1's from what you make, Sell Wing Mirrors and Buy Std Mirrors with the Money again, Same with most Crap Bits, It has Braided Lines, Decent enough Exhaust etc.

PE2's Every 7k would be a concern for me unless that's 7k Miles of very aggresive driving? including Track Days?

I thought about going to 195's to help the Budget but I think I'll keep with 205's for the Best Grip I can plus less chance of kerbing my wheels with 205's :)

Hell No... I've done that before and for one I ended up with some Yoko's that I was not impressed with at all and did not get a good price either, Research FTW

I've had Toyo's in the past and found they did not last long and that was on my 1.2 Corsa so think I would destroy them in no time on the Clio especially as I do 60+ Miles a day on the Clio

I'm currently running 15" 2118's with 205/50 R15 Michelin PE2's and am Happy with the Quality and Grip Levels BUT I'm in need of 2 New Tyres and I've got my Cambelt getting done and buying Matched Inlets so Funds are Tight, I've had these Kumho KU31's on my car before and was Pretty Impressed...

The GB is based on exchange - if you send yours in you get a matched set back and they keep the standard set. If you can't have the car off-road then you can have the matched set sent out first, swap them over and send your standard set back. Deposit is only needed if you need the matched...
