It depends, the ISO socket at the head unit will have spare rear wires, splice into them then run them to the rear with your own speaker wire.

Right, generally you can cut the plug, then place Spades on the ends of the wire to be able to use them with the pioneers. But the spades can also work on the orignal speakers too. So dont worry, remember the minus should have a line along with the wire so you can see its the negative one(small...
