They are referring to the infamous bucket mod. IK - I am running a k-tec one currently, but I got it free, and to buy it is quite expensive. You can make up something similar for less than half the price. In truth, other than noise, an IK will add nothing power wise. I'd stick with the standard...

Small update. I went upto Cadwell to watch the guys race and lend some support. Was good to catch up with people, and a great days racing. First time at Cadwell and I thought it was a great circuit, so its on my trackday list for next year. Whilst there I asked better technical minds than mine...
