Revive isn't a cleaner, so that won't remove it, just hide it.
Sills are painted? If so, APC or polish.
Door, interior? If so, light APC/Degreaser and a soft brush, like the ones used to buff shoes. If not, see above.
Plastic door handles, as above. Or use a MF followed by a damp one to...
"Immense deep wet finish" - that screams "glaze" to me, not Cleaner Fluid.
What's more important; longevity or looks, because if it's looks, I'd be using AF Tripple/another decent AIO topped with a cheaper wax.
You won't get a thick foam, as it attaches to your hose. It's the pressure from pressure washers that creates the shaving foam thickness.
The product is fine. Not the best, but far better than some, cleaning ability wise.
Depends on what it is, Seb. If it's metal, as above - the twins will sort it out nicely.
If it's painted plastic, or chrome/metal "effect", try something like a chemical cleaner such as Werkstat Prime;

Is there a way to stop a game, such as Angry Birds, "over-ruling" my music playing through the Spotify app? Every time I have music on the iPhone and open a game, it stops. So I have to double click the home button, switch to Spotify, click play again and then go back to my game. Then it'll work...
If you want to test the latter I have a left over tub of it. Will have a think about cost but won't be anything like the retail. Great wax, looked superb on my red s3 and sisters silver polo alike. I'll post up a photo later and tag you.
Can't see the photo ant Scrooge. What did you get? Tbh, being a bit of a Scrooge with this I really don't see the point in lucky dips. I'll just stick to buying what I need rather than chancing it and possibly wasting money!
Looks cracking! Great results and love (but wouldn't own) this colour.
And... It isn't a cup ;) it has cup packs. Or some of at least. Either that or it's had a new front end incl xenons and a new interior fitted!
Lovely! Wire wool 00 grade will give the mercury more bite.
Also, unless it's a mistype, your process is a little squewed fella! It should be snow foam, wash, then iron out. Not t'other way around!
Confused as to why someone would think a vehicle with even the oldest incarnation of Quattro would be bad in the snow, over a two wheel drive. But no, not from my experience. Served me very well in the Lakes and North when conditions demand it.
And again, the "boring" aspect is down to...
In the process of moving, Adam.

edit - oops, perhaps not. Read page two. Ceased trading.
That's a f**ker - was planning on going there over Xmas!!
It'll be fabric based on the poster's car details. Try a light interior cleaner, using it on an inconspicuous area first to ensure colourfast...ness. Spray on, lightly aggitate with a brush (shoe polish brushes work well, new ones obviously), then wipe down with a damp microfibre.
Something...
That's the best laugh I've had in years. Thank you.
Good God, I hope not. What's your company name?
I'd stay away. Give me a shout over the Xmas break and I'll come and see the Alpina and do the lights required at the same time. Swap a test drive for the lights.
