I really like the colour. It may be over kill on a road car, but so is having a cage/strut brace etc etc... so why not!

This never worked with my Clio, but have a feeling it was something to do with the way the heaters whistled when going above 30mph... Will try it with the Audi!
Can be hazardous - freezing to boiling in one go. If you do this, you're actually better off using cold water. Still works (5'C rather than -X'C) but doesn't cause the temperature shock!

Re the brick dust, the first thing you need to be careful of is moving it around your paint, as I'm sure you'll have guessed. The clay has the potential for this, so I would hold off on this idea to start...

Wheels are painted, therefore (in short) care for them in the same way :) So wash, clay, wash, dry, polish, seal.
Obviously a hi temp sealent, however, due to the heat the brakes create. Something like Poorboys Wheel or FK1000p.
