The Clio Mark 2 had issues with the spring in the Hazard Lights button on the dash. Could potentially be the same issue.

Nein. You need a surface for the wax to bond to.
If it's a new car, a wash, dry, paint cleanser then wax will work nicely. I would advise an IPA (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isopropyl_alcohol) wipe down then apply the wax.
Are you actually being serious? Do you not understand the term "burning"? if the glass gets too hot, it will go opaque. Don't be a fool, tell someone to zoom over it with shite polishes and say "as no paint to damage".

I still wouldn't mod this, lad. Fair enough, you're clearly enjoying it and that wee prick sofaboy is obviously sold as well (<3), but modding something in warranty is nuts.
Enjoy it, leave it be. OEM is the new modded. And that's coming from the ex-owner of the most modded 1.2 in the NW lol!

You don't. At least not on your own car. This really does require skill. It is actually quite easy (as it sounds, it's just like sanding wood) but it is just as easy to c**k it up.
Have a really good read of the above, then get a practise panel, get good at doing it...
